Spring St Residence

Located in the heart of Melbourne’s city centre, the design for Spring St Residence was based around celebrating the striking views that overlook the Fitzroy gardens. Preserving the structure and keeping service locations of the building, the interiors open up into large, open spaces that reference inner city Melbourne living. A light bright palette of materials coupled with a light stone create an inner-city retreat.
